Job description
The Magic Bean Company is looking for a professional and experienced chauffeur to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for driving our employees to various destinations while providing excellent customer service.
The selected candidate will require a high degree of discretion, as they will often come into contact with confidential company information and working closely with the CEO. Additionally, the driver will need to maintain a professional demeanor at all times, as they will be representing the company.
It's also important that the candidate possesses excellent communication skills, as they will need to interact with employees of all levels. The candidate should be comfortable with driving long distances and be able to remain alert and focused for extended periods of time. The ability to adapt to different driving conditions and handle unexpected situations is also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Drive the CEO and their family members to and from appointments, meetings, and events in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain the CEO's vehicles in good condition and filled with fuel, including regular cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure that the CEO's travel is comfortable and stress-free and anticipate any needs or preferences that the CEO may have.
- Coordinate with other staff members, such as personal assistants, to ensure that all travel arrangements are in place.
- Assist with running errands.
Requirements
- Valid UK driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving luxury vehicles.
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations, as well as the ability to use GPS and other navigation tools.
- A good understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of etiquette and protocol.
- Knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
