Our Client is looking for HGV Class 2 Driver - Day Shift based in Dagenham
As an HGV II multidrop driver at our clients Dagenham Depot you’ll enjoy a professional driving career with world-class, award-winning training and high operational standards. They offer a level of security, stability and opportunity that’s hard to find.
You’ll start with a thorough induction and learn all the necessary practical skills from vehicle checks and safety at work to what good looks like. Then you’ll go out on the road with a Training Support Driver, to learn your route and get ready to go it alone. As a Multi-drop driver, you’ll be picking stock from the back of your vehicle at each stop, which keeps your day interesting and breaks the driving up. You will have 12-18 drops each day.

Salary: £16.22 Per Hour
Hours: 45hrs + 2 additional overtime days per month
Dayshift 04:00 – 16:00
Temp to Perm
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role
- Familiarity with various types of trucks and their operation (e.g., forklifts, dump trucks, roll-off trucks)
- Ability to safely operate heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
