An opportunity has arisen for an experienced driver individual to join our team as a driver. The ideal candidate will have experience of organising and deploying jobs to a maintenance team, whilst also having the technical experience to evaluate and complete any jobs as and when needed
We require a driver to work alongside the maintenance supervisor to drive to and from properties either drop cleaners or to collect and deliver furniture where required.
The workload will depend on a day to day basis of what is required to do by the maintenance supervisor.
Duties will consist of:
- Taking cleaners to and from properties
- Driving the company van to collect and drop furniture
- Moving tenants into properties
- Taking the company van to waste disposal centre
- Assisting maintenance supervisor to collect and drop maintenance material to technicians out on the field
- Assist with any office duties or logistics
Whilst this is largely driver role, we would need someone who would be willing to be hands on when the workload may be heavy for the team, or stepping in when required. You would also need to do spot checks to ensure that tasks are being completed to a satisfactory standard.
*We would also require you to have access to your own vehicle and a full driving license.
