Established in 1996, Kew Electrical is an Electrical Wholesaler with a network of branches predominantly in the South of England, plus Belfast covering Northern Ireland. We are an award winning company, with experienced staff with a customer service focus. Each branch supports customers in their local area.
The Distribution Centre in Trowbridge is looking for a Delivery Driver to join their busy team. This person needs to be adaptable, professional, calm and happy to communicate with everyone. This is a very busy and important role within the overall function of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Driver
- Maintain a safe and effective multi drop delivery service to customers.
- To drive in a safe and lawful manner, ensuring our brand is not brought into disrepute.
- Plan and make deliveries per branch requests to ensure both fuel and mileage efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, filing a weekly vehicle check sheet to the Office Manager and reporting any necessary issues immediately.
- Respond to enquires from customers in a positive and helpful manner, referring to your branch as necessary.
- Report any traffic offences to the Office Manager immediately.
There may be a need to work within our stores at various times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £22,590.00 per year
