We are seeking a Chauffeur/Executive Protection professional to provide transportation services while ensuring the safety and security of our CEO and executives, guests, and special clients. You will be responsible for driving to designated locations locally, in other states and countries, maintaining a secure and vigilant environment, and demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a law-enforcement/security background and experience driving senior executives and private clients and their families. This is a full-time job with exceptional benefits, including 100%-paid health insurance.

What You'll Do

• Travel and perform duties nationwide and internationally
• Safely transport clients to and from various destinations, including public events/arenas, following predetermined routes if necessary
• Ensure the safety and security of clients throughout their travel, maintaining a high level of awareness of potential threats or risks
• Implement security protocols and procedures to protect clients and maintain confidentiality
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of the vehicle
• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, as well as with carrying and handling their belongings
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Monitor and promptly respond to any emergency situations or incidents, taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and expenses, and submit reports as required
• Stay updated on local traffic and road conditions, adjusting travel routes as necessary to avoid delays and ensure efficient transportation
• Stay informed about current security and safety practices
• Maintain vehicles to be guest-ready at all times
• Schedule required maintenance of vehicles

Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a chauffeur and/or private security guard
• Law enforcement or high-level security background preferred
• Excellent references from current and previous employers
• Flexibility in scheduling, as this role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid passport
• Experience with handguns and Class G Florida armed security license, HR 218, or Class D unarmed security license preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Expertise Needed

• Experience managing a frequently changing calendar with tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with high-level executives from diverse arenas (C-Suite Executive relations is essential)
• Excellent driving skills and a demonstrated ability to maintain a safe and responsible driving record
• Strong knowledge of security procedures and practices, with the ability to identify potential risks and respond accordingly
• Exceptional observation and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Friendly, non-obtrusive attitude
• Knowledge of South Florida area streets, highways, and traffic regulations
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
