Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

To take a lead role in championing our customer service standards, deputise for Service Managers, and mentor Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure all Tenants receive individualised high quality support.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• To promote and communicate with all our Tenants and their families in a manner that exceeds their expectations.

• To ensure all staff communicate politely and helpfully at all times to add value to the customer experience. In other words, giving our customers the best possible service each and every time.

· To take a lead role in providing high quality services that satisfy the needs and wants of all our Tenants and their families in order to ensure the continued successful development of our services, higher job satisfaction of staff, improved morale and better teamwork in all services.

• To identify shortfalls and take corrective action to develop and maintain the required standards, by working hands on where necessary.

• To ensure that good practices are successfully transferred across services, including good team working and developing Care & Support Plans.

• To work closely with Service Managers and use additional supernumerary days/hours effectively.

• To facilitate and contribute to successful service transitions.

• To work in a variety of locations as required.

• To act as a role model order to drive up service standards.

• Any other duties that are commensurate with the role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £29,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Care: 5 years (required)
