2x Driver/Labourer (Planned Works)

Full Time (39 hours per week)

Permanent contract

Newcastle under Lyme

£22,584.91 (pay award pending subject to agreement with the Trade Union)

Due to the growth of the internal maintenance works department, we have the opportunity for 2 colleagues as a driver/labourer to assist with the delivery of this service.

The main purpose of the role is managing waste that is a generated from planned works and the voids workstream. There will also be a requirement to carry out minor gardening works including strimming grassed areas and cutting back shrubs. There may also be occasions when you will be asked to assist with a broad range of activities within the building trade. You will also need to be able to work at heights.

You will need to have a “can do attitude” and actively find solutions to problems. The successful candidate will be able to efficiently route plan their daily duties and deal with our customers.

They will also need to have a positive “can do” attitude.
