Job description
Role
We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Day drivers based in Doncaster.
Class 1 HGV Drivers will undertake work on a curtain sider and flat trailers.
All work is Monday to Friday and drivers will have their own dedicated trucks. Weekend work is often available.
Dedicated Haulage work both Local and Long-Distance
Skill’s Required
· Have excellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleagues.
· Have a good geographic knowledge of UK.
· Must be clean and minimum 2 years’ experience.
· Must have Valid Digital Tacho & CPC Card.
Duties
- Safe delivery of goods to a variety of customers
- Daily vehicle walk round checks
- Acting responsibly and safely as a class 1 driver
Long term regular work with modern fleet.
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Average weekly pay £675 - £800
