Drinks Dispense Technician Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon
The Purpose:
As a Drinks Dispense Technician, you will help to deliver operationally viable & cost-effective service levels for the installation, and maintenance of Dispense Systems in the On Trade

The role:
- Support On Trade Sales & Marketing initiatives including Brand launches, New Product Development to create equipment technical specifications & quality standards
- Work to a Customer Service culture that delivers an efficient, effective technical support function to internal and external customers alike.
- Undertake the installation, maintenance and repair of drinks dispense equipment throughout multiple outlets as required
- Ownership to completion of any works requested by the planning & support team and/or Customer Service Manager
- Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance and COP tasks on all associated equipment, including fault finding and repair within the expected service level agreement and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports
Who we’re looking for:
- Technically qualified Drinks Dispense Technician
- Use of IT associated equipment (Laptop, Handheld devices etc)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Able to participate in on call rota
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Well-developed IT skill set across all areas of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to forge strong relationships both internally & externally
- Effective performer in cross functional multi-disciplined teams
