Description of the Role
- Working with the DPP Learning team, UK Learning, the learning operations team and audit resourcing, in co-ordinating activities on the planning, developing, scheduling and execution of the technical learning curriculum and affiliated activities to ensure deadlines are achieved, Audit Quality standards are maintained and Service Level Agreements are met.
- Ensuring effective governance through the regular reporting of progress, achievement of milestones, changes to agreed delivery plan and delivery risks/issues.
- Holding Curriculum Managers/Senior Managers to account for the delivery of their courses.
- Overseeing the work allocation of, and managing the large secondee population within the team
- Developing strong, trusting and credible working relationships with senior staff within DPP, the UK Learning team and other key stakeholders where applicable.
- Implementing relevant systems and tools to support the delivery of work for the team.
- Providing project management coaching support within the DPP Learning team
- Delivering project management support to ongoing continuous improvement activities.

- Technical knowledge : Understands relevant project management framework(s) applicable to the role. Exhibits and stays current on appropriate project management competencies in order to ensure current best practice is applied in role. Where appropriate, leverages other KPMG methodologies.
- Technology skills : Drives engagement compliance with firm-approved audit tools and innovative technology solutions (e.g., KcW, & AOEP delivered tools) to increase audit quality, productivity, and data insights.
- Professional scepticism & issue identification : Applies professional scepticism, objectivity and independence to identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of the approach. This will include the timely identification, tracking and resolution of issues, internally through working collaboratively with audit stakeholders.
- Engagement management : Supports the DPP Learning team in managing and executing in accordance with firm wide quality standards and budgets.
- Documentation : Ensures completion of appropriate documentation relevant to role, demonstrating an unwavering focus on quality.
