Horizons Casino in the heart of Leicester Square, a small, friendly casino require a team member to join our Reception Team. Full training will be given, as compliance is an important part of the Receptionist role. We are looking for an SIA badge holder who will be the first point of call for our Guests.
The shifts are flexible and the contract will be full time and permanent, based on 40 hours per week (4 x 10 hours shifts with 3 days off). The Casino is open between Noon and 0600. Customer service is at the heart of what we do; this is not a regular hospitality role. Your duties will include:
Providing a warm welcome to our returning Guests
Registering our guests
Operating our systems proficiently
Acting as a liaison between the Reception and rest of the Casino
Maintaining good knowledge of the Casino Offers
