Job description
We are a letting agency based in Leeds with over 250 tenancies under management, we manage a large portfolio of HMO properties as well as some short term rentals.
We are looking for a cleaner to join us on a part to full time basis completing between 30 and 40 hours each week on flexible terms.
Our HMO's require a communal clean twice a month as well as any end of tenancy or pre tenancy cleans.
We also complete small and large refurbs that require a deep clean before being rented out.
For our short term lets we need someone that can take care of the change overs between guests, completing a sparkle clean as well as taking the bins out, changing the linen/towels and replenishing the consumables such as tea/coffee and shower gel. This will sometime involve splitting double beds into singles and making up as separate.
Typically the change overs are needed on a Monday and a Friday but they do fall on other days and there may be a requirement to do a Saturday or Sunday clean but very infrequently.
Successful candidate will need to be experienced and with an eye for detail, they will need to have their own vehicle but mileage will be paid.
All cleaning products and consumables will be provided.
