Full Time Ellesmere Port, England 3.75 - 5 GBP HOURLY Today
Job description

We are looking a very special individual who is confident, caring and responsible with dogs, cats and other small pets. Comfortable dealing face to face with clients (pet owners) and can manage your own time as an individual but also part of a small friendly team. But above all, you must have a genuine love of animals and desire to work with and care for pets.

In general you would be required to work 3 days per week, Tue, Wed & Thurs between 10am-2pm.

The role is based mainly outside, so suitable clothing is required, and will cover all of CH66 & CH65 (mainly Ellesmere Port, Great Sutton, Little Sutton, Whitby)

You must have a full driving licence and use of a reliable and suitable vehicle for safely transporting dogs (guidance will be given on this). You will be expected to be able to work independently but part of a supportive team.

You will need your own transport throughout the working day, not just to and from work.

A good level of fitness and general physical health is required as the role can be demanding at times, but always rewarding.

You must have proven experience living, caring or working with family pets, but full training and support will be provided, including first aid.

Own a smart phone with access to data and good quality camera.

The role is offered on a Self-Employed basis which is higher than National Minimum Wage.

We are particularly looking for someone living in Ellesmere Port with a good local knowledge of the area.

The role is not a temporary/seasonal role, we are a dedicated team who have built long-term trusting bonds with our clients and their pets over many years and are therefore looking for the same with this role too.

We will provide full insurance for everything else needed for the role.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week

Salary: £150.00-£200.00 per week
