Dog Walker Radlett, England
Job description
We are looking for someone to work with us as part of a small team in our long standing dog care business.
The successful candidate must have some experience working with dogs, or something closely related such as equine or an agricultural background.
We are preferably looking for someone local to Radlett, but will consider someone outside the area who is happy to commute to Radlett to start work no later than 7.30am.
Responsibilities include
· Driving to North West London in a medium size van to collect client’s dogs (vehicle provided)
· Walk dogs either with another team member, or alone
· Provide exceptional & conscientious animal welfare at all times
· Other duties include picking up poop on walks, cleaning dogs after their walk if needed, and keeping the inside of our vehicle organised and clean
Pay
· First 3 months £10 per hour - rising to £12 per hour after trial & training period
Requirements
· Full clean UK driving licence – Lower age restrictions apply to our vehicle insurance.
· 3 years minimum Licence held
Hours
· 4 to 5 hours per day
· Monday to Friday
· Start time of 7.30am from Radlett area
We also train dogs regularly. If the successful candidate wishes to learn about dog training, we are happy to share our experience and knowledge, but this will be unpaid and done in the candidate’s own personal time.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
