Ideal candidate
Our goal is to find someone who loves dogs as much as we do. We are also looking for someone who can be assertive but friendly and loving to our dogs.
This Job requires you to have a car in which you would need to pick up, walk and return dogs in up to groups of 4.
We would have reduced paid trail days available for our narrowed down candidates. We would walk the dogs with you on these days to analyse if you possess the desired skill set in which we require, this would also allow us to get to know you personally as this job requires trust, communication and time keeping. We will only take the right candidate for this job as our clients and our dogs mean a lot to us. Upon this we like to add you to our growing dog walking company.

Successful applicant would need to be self-employed, hold a clean uk drivers license and also recent DBS check.
Duties:
-Availability to Walk dogs Monday - Friday 9-5,
-ensure their safety and well-being
- Be able to drive in a safe manner with dogs in the
- Provide exercise and mental stimulation for dogs during walks
- Follow specific instructions provided by dog owners regarding their pets' care and behavior
- Clean up after dogs during walks and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor dogs for any signs of distress or illness and report any concerns to the owner
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and their pets
Experience:
- Previous experience working with dogs, such as in a kennel, pet sitting, or pet grooming setting, is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic dog behavior and handling techniques is a plus
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Please note that this position may require heavy lifting at times, as some dogs may be larger or have mobility issues.
Needs a full UK driving licence with no points
