Job description
The canine carer requires a reliable, enthusiastic, energetic animal lover, who takes pride in their work. They need to be confident with dogs and have some basic knowledge of dog behaviour and handling, but also be keen to learn and develop their skills.
This role is for a trainee/junior position so full training is provided, a positive attitude more important than experience.
Candidates follow our in-house training programme as well as working towards Ofqual level 2 Dog Daycare certificate.
The successful candidate will need to be aligned with the values, vision and goals for our company, and be keen to be a key part of our success and continued growth.

Training is provided, successful applicants follow a 3-month training period of shadowing and monitoring to ensure our standards are maintained, thereafter training is ongoing, reviewed every 6 months with goals and targets set.
Hours: 8am-5pm
Holiday: 28 days paid holiday.
Pay: Starting rate £7-£9hr, depending on age/experience. To be reviewed following successful training/induction period.
