Role and Responsibilities:
As a Documentation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our group initiatives and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and updating materials to support group initiatives
- Developing and delivering system-related training, leveraging your prior experience in training development and delivery.
- Contributing to user acceptance testing efforts, including material preparation and execution support.
- Designing eLearning packages using specialized applications like Articulate, ensuring an optimal user learning experience.
- Supporting system upgrades and new implementations with hypercare sessions.
- Coaching team members in best training practices, building group capability.
- Collaborating with international colleagues, aligning on initiatives and deliverables.
Qualifications and Attributes:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Prior experience in system-related training development and delivery.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate, and design methodologies.
- In-depth familiarity with office applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing processes and priorities.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical development and global Regulatory submissions (preferred).
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: From £350.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge
Expected start date: 11/09/2023
