Working at WW Martin:
Training is key to our development and as a business with a proud history of creating apprenticeship and employment opportunities in Kent, it is very much part of what we do.
We invest in our staff as part of our approach to ensuring that we continually enhance the knowledge and skills that we are able to offer our clients. As part of this approach, all of our staff are supported in developing their own skills through access to internal and external learning.
In addition to developing our staff, we actively provide training and apprenticeship opportunities for people to enter the industry. We recognise the importance of helping to create the 'workforce of tomorrow', especially when we consider many of our current team first started in the industry as an apprentice.
To support our work with apprenticeships and trainees, we have established links with a number of local colleges, including East Kent College as well the Education Business Partnership (EBP) and a number of local schools.
