We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work at our Head Office in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will be reliable and hardworking with experience in the Construction industry.


Role Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the document control of drawings and all other documentation such as specifications through our project management software, Builderstorm.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Design Co-ordinators, Design Managers and Project Teams to review the drawing requirements on Builderstorm and action accordingly.
  • Run reports from Builderstorm and distribute on a weekly basis.
  • Provide drawing support to the Pre-Construction and Construction teams.
  • Provide training and ongoing support on Builderstorm, to both internal colleagues and external consultants.
  • Compile monthly compliance checks, to monitor the accuracy of drawing / documents information, ensuring all drawings / documents supersede correctly.
  • Attend fortnightly meetings with the Divisional Director, to discuss essential tasks to support the team.
  • General administration, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding, laminating and formatting documents to support your division and the administration team.
  • Leading up to completion of each project compile the documentation to form the end of Project Operation and Maintenance Manuals.


Requirements

  • Excellent IT skills
  • Team player
  • Highly organised.
  • Experience in Construction or a similar industry desirable
