:Project Summary
:B2E Consulting is seeking talented Junior Project Managers to play a vital role in project managing workstreams within the integration and separation portfolios of our esteemed Financial Services client. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all portfolio outcomes align seamlessly with the strategic goals and business objectives of the organization.
We are looking for individuals with:
- 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a Financial Services context with exposure to Technology Systems,
- exceptional communication and organisational skills and,
- a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
This is initially an interim assignment with opportunities for career advancement both within B2E Consulting and our client's team.
The role can primarily be performed remotely, with some travel to client office (London/Nottingham) expected.

As a Junior Project Manager in our Financial Services team, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Project Management: Managing project workstreams from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed effectively and that communication flows smoothly.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project timelines and outcomes.
- Budget Oversight: Monitoring project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery, and reporting on financial aspects of projects.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Learning and Growth: Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development by actively seeking opportunities to enhance project management skills and knowledge.
Mandatory Skills/Experience
:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
Project Management Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a Financial Services environment with exposure to Technology Systems,
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members,
- Learning Orientation: A strong willingness to learn and grow within the role, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to skill development.
