We are looking for a self-motivated and energised colleague to work as a Project Coordinator in our team to provide the administrative, organisational and planning support across the Division of Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular.
We require a highly motivated, reliable individual to work within the Surgery, Cancer and Cardiovascular Divisional Team. Flexibility and approachability are essential to the success of this post as well as the ability to cope with the changing needs of the division to fulfill this demanding role.
We are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate good written and oral communication. To be able to prioritise their workload and balance the demands of a very fast paced department
The post holder will be pivotal in coordinating and supporting delivery of the Divisional Quality & Safety portfolio. The post holder will work as a key member of the team through the provision of comprehensive and highly professional support and senior administrative assistance. The role will include responsibility for coordinating and maintaining core documentation, information and reporting; the scheduling and maintenance of meetings and will be the first point of contact for enquiries related to Quality & Safety at Division level.
The post holder will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining clinical databases and management of their processes through the system. The post holder will be responsible for monitoring progress against key targets for the Divisional Quality & Safety portfolio.
The post holder will have broad knowledge and experience and will use their reasoning, intellect and judgement to manage their workload, make decisions and proactively deal with issues independently.
