Divisional Clinical Director for Surgery- Consultants pay Salary or Band 9 AFC
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the senior leadership team at Kettering General Hospital (KGH) as Divisional Clinical Director for the Surgery Division. You will be either a senior medical clinician or clinician, who can demonstrate a successful track record of managing teams and service change with the ability to work across boundaries. The role attracts up to 5 PAs for the leadership element of this role. The trust will provide other clinical work, either Research, Academic or clinical sessions to make the job plan up to 10 PAs or full time equivalent.
You will be a key member of the Trust’s leadership team, with responsibility for leading the Surgery division, driving improvements across all aspects of KGH. The role will provide many opportunities to make a difference for our staff and patients and we will give you our full support.
