We are seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Manager who shares our ambitions to build a diverse organisation with a unique sense of belonging!
Bring your passion for D&I and your experience with internal employee engagement activities and play an integral role in a very important purpose-led agenda that impacts our colleagues, candidates, customers and communities.
Core Responsibilities
Lead on D&I internal engagement, specifically focusing on content and expertise for foundational D&I activity to amplify topics including but not limited to our:
- D&I people policies and practices (e.g. menopause, parental leave, inclusive benefits)
- D&I events (e.g. Inclusion Month, International Women’s Day, Pride, etc.)
- D&I Communities (e.g. Employee Advocacy Groups, Regional D&I Task forces, etc.)
- Key D&I team priorities (e.g. learning journeys, demographic data, representation targets, and more)
- Collaborate with the Colleague Engagement team in Corporate Brand Communications to create and implement major D&I campaigns (e.g. menopause, D&I surveys, Pride, etc.) and ensure D&I content is appropriately featured across internal channels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally for D&I Yammer community updates, Employee Advocacy Group (EAG) events, quarterly D&I newsletters, D&I LEGO Web articles, and D&I employer brand/careers site content
- Contribute D&I information for bi-annual Sustainability reporting on People & Children
- Updating D&I internal/external talking points with progress and proof points on a regular basis
- Updating and refreshing our internal slide deck on D&I with progress to date and upcoming priorities for the quarter, year, and years ahead
- Ensure all D&I content creation is accessible and inclusive

Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in Diversity & Inclusion, preferably with a particular focus on internal employee engagement – content, events and employee communications
- Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Awareness of D&I and employee communications trends and current events on D&I
- Ability to adapt writing for various communication channels, including video, email, Teams, Yammer, and digital signage, reaching hourly production, retail and salaried colleagues across geographies
- Experience prioritizing digital accessibility in communications and communicating these priorities and standards to other communications colleagues across the business
- Internal partner management – experience working in an intersectional and collaborative manner to develop cohesive messaging across multiple global partners all focused on D&I
- Ability to prioritise work, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems collaboratively
- Advanced level English
