The Team
Our 100+ strong team of dispute resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients. We focus on outcomes, not just process.
You'll work with clients in the private and public sector across a range of different practice areas. Working as part of a team you'll handle market leading, complex litigation to commercial cases. We have a strong reputation for core litigation services and have developed significant disputes practices in a range of industry sectors/legal specialisms including; Transport, Financial Services, Energy, Pensions, Fraud & White Collar Crime, Banking, IP, Heath & Safety, Food, Agriculture and Real Estate.

- Building the Culture: You'll deliver service excellence on all client matters and participate in cultural initiatives that underpin life at the firm, making Burges Salon a great place to work.

What you'll need
- Relevant experience or demonstrable interest in working on high quality and complex legal disputes
- Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Must be qualifying as a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer in 2023
