Job description

minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Telecommunications experience preferred but not required
• Must have Strong Communication skills
• Must have computer & typing experience
• Must have valid driver’s license & high school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deal with stressful situations
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen tests, background check and Polygraph
• Must be dependable, discreet, and have the ability to multi-task at a high level at times
• Applicant must be available to work any hours including days, 2nd shift, nights, weekends and holidays.

In addition to in-house training, there is required four-week training at the Academy in Richmond KY (home on weekends) within 6 months of employment.
