Job description
minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Telecommunications experience preferred but not required
- Must have Strong Communication skills
- Must have computer & typing experience
- Must have valid driver’s license & high school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deal with stressful situations
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen tests, background check and Polygraph
- Must be dependable, discreet, and have the ability to multi-task at a high level at times
- Applicant must be available to work any hours including days, 2nd shift, nights, weekends and holidays.
In addition to in-house training, there is required four-week training at the Academy in Richmond KY (home on weekends) within 6 months of employment.
