Disabled Children’s Team Huntingdon

Undertaking a case load of young people aged 0-18 years old to review their Child in Need and Child in Care Plans; undertake statutory Child In Care and Child in Need visits; being part of the team duty rota to field calls, supporting families with queries and crisis intervention; keeping the child’s records updated on the CCC database, undertaking or supporting S.47 enquiries
Interviews are being undertaken via MS Teams. CCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken
