The Role:
You'll be responsible for commercialisation of our Products into the business. We have been successful in securing strategic funding for a range of initiatives to build new and improve existing propositions. Working closely with our Platform, Coverage, Products teams and a wide range of areas across the Group, we ensure that investments achieve our strategic goals. As such, it is important to have a collaborative mentality and a good understanding of how the group works together to achieve success.
As the team’s responsibilities are multifaceted, the position lends itself to colleagues with a strong collaboration and delivery background with the experience of delivering revenue against budget. - You’ll work with multiple teams to achieve business goals
- You’ll help communicate clear expectations vs. implementation of strategic deliverables, helping the business to deliver against the tactical and strategic needs
- Co-ordination of communications, ensuring the overall product objectives are clear and visible to both colleagues and key partners
- Use excellent communication and partner leadership skills to coordinate the portfolio across the sophisticated, partner landscape and report to business management and partners clearly and optimally
- Be a strong influencer who optimally manages key partners to prioritise the right set of business problems and objectives
What we'll need from you:
Essential:
- Product knowledge of FX derivatives – risks for clients and the bank
- Consistent record of delivery – a demonstration of delivering versus budget
- Strong partner management - adept at bringing colleagues together, leading matrix teams, running working groups, inspiring others to recognise and achieve a common goal. Building co-operative and trustful relationships within CB and as the need arises across LBG.
Desirable:
- Communication - excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be adept at writing presentations, outlining alignment to strategy and be confident speaking to an audience, including clients and senior management.
- Problem solving – overcome challenges, determine solutions or new avenues for success and work with partners to achieve a resolution or compromise
- Strong drive and resilience - be creative, work independently, develop your own ideas/initiatives and achieve significant outcomes in exciting environments.
As well as a competitive salary, you’ll receive:
- A Discretionary Performance Share Award
- Generous pension contribution and 30 Days leave plus bank holidays
- Private health cover and access to Share Schemes
You'll enjoy our dedication to your ongoing personal and professional development. We'll help you perform at your best today, so you can fulfil all your potential in the future.
We're committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, and to building an inclusive environment where all our colleagues can be themselves and succeed on merit. We're an equal opportunity employer and deeply value diversity within our organisation.
