Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies that identify and address top growth opportunities for consumers, realtors and branches to drive market share
- Develop marketing playbooks to connect offline and digital assets in priority local markets to gain local market share in concert with the sales team
- Develop marketing strategies for customer retention as well as acquisition for key customer personas
- Push forward market transformation, reduce cycle time and continual experimentation cadence
- Build content calendar that is aligned to market changes across omni-channels
- Identify offer strategies that identify best customer value propositions, as well as economics and returns
- In partnership with martech partners, determine roadmap of transformation agenda including data integration and connecting to new technology stacks
- Manage customer and competitive research, monitoring and analysis and deliver actionable insights
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy and transformation
- Bachelors degree
- Strategic thinker who is analytical, data oriented and create actionable strategies
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the business model, products, and customers
- Capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction
- Demonstrated understanding of the business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives, challenges and competitive landscape
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly build subject matter expertise
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
