Regional Director of Sales & Marketing

SUMMARY of Duties

The Regional Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for increasing and then maintaining census in the assigned communities through assisting Directors of Sales & Marketing in generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and move them through the move-in process. Regional Directors of Sales & Marketing will aid in the development of the assigned properties’ marketing, public relations and advertising programs to develop a growing base of referral sources, and to promote the programs provided by the assigned properties. The Regional Directors of Sales & Marketing must maintain a thorough knowledge of the assigned properties’ products and services to effectively and accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects. Regional Directors of Sales & Marketing must maintain a working knowledge of the trends in all the assigned local markets and all competitors to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies and action plans.

Work Experience Qualifications

• 
  Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the Senior Living Industry, preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Educational Qualifications

• 
  Prefer Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
