Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our colleges, programs, and educational offerings to target audiences.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to drive exceptional results.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, educational consultants, and partner organizations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Oversee the development of compelling marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and social media strategies to engage and captivate our target audience.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to align marketing and sales initiatives with academic objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in marketing and sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, preferably within the education sector or a related industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of achieving ambitious targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and best practices in education marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
