What you'll do at Deel Lead our Sales compensation function, which designs and administers variable incentives for all quota-carrying roles in partnership with our CRO, Sales Leads, and RevOps leadership. Leverage your team to improve the scalability and efficiency of our commissions processes and systems. Partner closely with go-to-market leadership to identify ways to improve business execution through incentive design or other strategic means. Drive governance and stakeholder approvals of quotas for all variable compensation roles. Lead a team of direct and indirect reports to deliver against key priorities. Some key qualifications 5+ years of demonstrated success leading in a sales compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or a business operations function at leading tech companies 2+ years of professional experience as a people manager Demonstrated excellence in rapidly evolving data-driven business processes and systems in a high-growth environment Fluency in sales incentive design is a huge plus Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications. Fluency in compensation software is a huge plus Strong command of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards Experience working on a global team and managing global stakeholders Excellent communication and influence skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes with senior leadership Strong and highly strategic problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful and gritty.
