Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Marketing, you will have responsibility for marketing activity while work closely with the broader organization - Product Marketing, Brand, Growth Marketing, SDR, Marketing & Rev Ops, Sales and Partnerships - to drive regional multi-touch, multi-asset, multi-channel campaigns, to deliver pipeline outcomes.
You will:
- Tailor strategic campaigns to EMEA market interests, taking into consideration language, culture, regional trends and interests and the competitive landscape.
- Work with growth marketing to drive campaign influenced engagement across marketing channels (SEO, PPC, events, email, paid social), deepening new logo, customer and partner engagement across all pipeline stages - while exceeding business targets.
- Work with Product Marketing to ensure campaigns meaningfully reflect our product value, user/buyer personas and competitive differentiation.
- Create and maintain a strong partnership with the Field including SDR, AE, AM and LP1 leadership, to ensure alignment on campaign and event strategy and pipeline goals and revenue achievement. Being perceived as a true and trusted partner to these teams is critical to the success of this role.
- Work with Brand to ensure campaigns and events amplify brand awareness and appropriately reflect our brand standards.
- Tailor campaigns for customers, to increase user adoption, retention and expansion.
- Manage and retain a team of high performing field marketing and events professions.
You have:
- 10+ years of related experience with:
- 7+ years experience driving high-impact marketing programs in a fast paced environment
- 7+ years managing individual contributors including hiring, inspiring and leading within a marketing organization
- Demonstrated experience in demand generation - including digital and Marketing Operations
- Regional expertise
- Experience building measurement and attribution models to drive investment and marketing strategy
- Collaborating effectively with sales to achieve results - building a deep relationship where they're trusted partners and allies working as one team
- Experience working with operations to define and develop solid processes that can then be used to deliver high-converting programs that result in revenue
- Experience driving targeted messages in B2B markets with account based marketing
- People-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives. You've managed teams and have experience as a 'manager of managers'.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes
- Passionate about Marketing - both the art and the science
- Ability to build budgets with justification and validated assumptions to explain marketing plan, impact, and ROI
