Brief Summary of Job Duties
The Director of Video Production will edit creative audio-visual content across -all Morgan Athletics platforms, serve as the primary producer for the football program, and help to develop and implement a video content plan to enhance the brand of and recruitment of players for Morgan Athletics.
The Director of Video Production will have oversight of Student Interns / Freelance Staffers and will work with them to establish yearly and quarterly goals for the development, production, and distribution of season-long video productions, and recruiting content, with oversight of team motivational video development and production.
Oversee the hiring, training and management of student interns/freelance staff.
Requested Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate must have achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
The candidate must possess 1-2 years of experience with non-linear editing (Premiere, Final Cut), graphics programs (Photoshop, Illustrator), and two (2) years of experience with motion graphics programs (After Effects, Cinema 4D).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to create and produce engaging audio-visual mediums.
- Deep awareness and understanding of social media trends, memes, pop culture and viral content.
- Experience with lighting and arranging high-level photography shoots (teams, staff, individuals)
- Experience managing large database of digital images (video and photography)
