The Executive Support Team is looking for 2 dynamic individuals to provide comprehensive and personal support to members of the Council’s Senior Leadership Team, based at the Shire Hall.
About You
Successful candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills; be highly organised and efficient, as well as being diplomatic; able to deal with sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost trust. Communicating effectively, proactively managing a diverse and varied workload, you will need to meet tight internal and external deadlines, whilst juggling priorities, in a flexible and adaptable way.
You will be responsible for over-seeing and co-ordinating (across the council’s services) all issues involving the Director in order to provide comprehensive, proactive, integrated support to efficiently manage the Director’s expectations and requirements. You will be expected to act on the Director’s behalf (both on request and proactively) to support them in carrying out their strategic and managerial responsibilities.
