The University of Cambridge's Talent Management Programme is incredible and we are now looking for our new Director to ensure we continue to lead the sector in what we do. This is a unique opportunity - what we are doing in talent management is pioneering, cutting edge and transformative.
Our Development & Alumni Relations Office has built a unique talent management programme - one that is critical to us as an office, to the Colleges and the University as a whole. The position is at the epicentre of the advancement and engagement community at Collegiate Cambridge so we are looking for someone who is equally innovative, collaborative and strategic.
As the Director of Talent Management, you will be a member of the Leadership Team and responsible for a team of 6. You will lead the people and employee engagement strategy and its delivery across Development & Alumni Relations. You will also have principal ownership for the leadership and delivery of talent acquisition, search, learning and relevant professional development initiatives for the University and Colleges Development and Alumni Relations programmes.
You will contribute to the building of an HR community of practice across the University and assist with the development and delivery of university-wide HR initiatives and practices to support the University's People Strategy.
