Welcome from the Trust’s Chief Executive
Thank you for your interest in the post of Director of People and Culture at Ebor Academy Trust.
Our 23 schools, all primaries of varying size and in both rural and urban locations, are organised into local hubs across Yorkshire. We are proud to include a special school in our group.
Our Church of England schools are an active and innovative group within the Trust. We have schools with a history of academic success and schools with more challenging profiles, where we believe we have the capacity to make a difference to the life chances and experiences of their children.
People, of all ages, are central to our organisation.
We believe that children’s success is best supported by people who themselves feel valued and able to access opportunities for their own professional growth. We are constantly looking to identify skills at all levels and to find opportunities to put those skills to good use.
We feel this is an exciting opportunity for a new professional to join our team - with the focus on People and Culture - wrapped in our strapline of “One school many sites” under our four key values of Excellence, Belonging, Opportunity and Respect.
We really look forward to hearing from you.
