The Opportunity: The Operations Director will be a core member of the management team, reporting directly to the MD, and will be responsible for supporting three core areas of the business. Working collaboratively with the existing team to support and help implement strategic direction for the whole business and promoting cohesion. You will help to drive profitability and deliver high-quality customer experiences, in alignment with the company mission. This is an exciting new role that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to shape the role and bring their ideas into the business.

Skills/Experience Required:
Essential
- A credible background in professional agribusiness roles
- Previous experience in an operations role
- Clear insights of sales challenges faced within the industry
- Able to demonstrate previous success in project delivery
- Must be comfortable working with data, be data literate and be able to analyse data
- An ideas generator and the ability to execute projects through to completion
- Must have empathetic approach to teamwork
- The ability to promote operational excellence throughout the business
