The Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust (ODBST) is a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) which operates across Buckinghamshire, including Milton Keynes. We are a family of eleven schools with an ambitious and exciting programme of growth.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of HR to join our shared services team. The successful candidate will drive the Trust's HR strategy, provide operational support to member and prospective schools and oversee the effective running of the HR team and service.
To be our Director of HR you will:
- Be qualified to CIPD level 7 or equivalent
- Possess up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Have experience of managing complex employee relations cases
- Be proactive, creative and committed to supporting a growing organisation
