De Vere Beaumont Estate is De Vere’s largest hotel and venue, comprising 429 bedrooms and 50 meeting & event spaces.
Due to internal progression within the HR Team, we have an exciting opportunity for a Director of HR to join De Vere Beaumont Estate. As the largest venue in the De Vere portfolio with over 300 colleagues, this role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual to truly make a difference to the HR function and overall success of the people performance within the business.

About the role
The Director of HR will lead the operational delivery of the HR function at De Vere Beaumont Estate with support from the HR Manager & HR Co-ordinator. Working closely with the Venue Director and senior team at De Vere Beaumont Estate to compile an ongoing People business plan, which incorporates the key activities outlined in the Group HR strategy. Through hands-on support to your HR Team and Heads of Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that this plan is implemented, monitored, delivered and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
Key to this role is coaching Heads of Department to get the best out of their people through effective people practices, to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
This role involves working on site at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor full time although we would also be open to applicants looking to work a 4 day week.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re are looking for a candidate who has previous HR management experience within a hotel/hospitality environment. You will be confident in influencing senior colleagues and passionate about communicating best HR practice. You’ll have a dynamic, bright personality, with an intuitive and adaptable approach.
