Under new ownership, The Belsfield hotel is about to embark on an exciting journey and we are now looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to join our small team.
As Director of Food and Beverage, you will create an exceptional dining experience for our guests by leading and developing a team of hospitality professionals. As a senior member of the hotel leadership team, you will take full control of all FB operations, ensuring maximum department revenue and overall growth for the business, in line with Aimbridge processes and values. r.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have similar experience overseeing an FB department, preferably within a full service hotel environment, with experience opening new FB outlets serving as a particular benefit. As an experienced people leader, you will have the ability to lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver against set KPIs, whilst also posessing the commercial accumen to ensure profitability in a major business unit.
