As the Director of Food and Beverage you will be a highly skilled professional who has a hands-on approach and an ability to inspire and lead a team.
We are looking for evidence of exceptional food and beverage experience, with excellent people management skills, a strong character and the ability to deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational challenges are a must in this diverse role.
This role will require an exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. You will have knowledge of Opera Micros Guest Res Diary, or a similar restaurant reservations system along with experience of working in a 5 star hotel/resort is essential along with leading multiple department Managers. It would be advantageous if you possess international experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Director of Food and Beverage you will work closely with our Food and Beverage Managers to oversee the day to day operations of our Restaurants, Bars, In Room Dining and On Course Catering. The position will include overlooking all key areas of service, standards, quality assurance and ensuring the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the outlets. You will take responsibility for developing ways of increasing quality of service in order to exceed guest’s expectations.
