How do you fit in
We are seeking an experienced Director - Enterprise Sales to join our team and manage enterprise customers for our decarbonisation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base- Manage and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and services
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in the carbon domain engaging with large business and enterprise customers- Experience selling decarbonisation solutions or related sustainability products/services is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
