Your role:


You will play a vital role in advancing Quadient’s DEI strategy and roadmap, leading the rollout of innovative and impactful Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies and plans across Quadient’s global organization. You will be defining the short-term and long-term goals, action plans and metrics related to DEI, partnering with stakeholders to design, coordinate, implement and drive adoption of corporate-wide programs, measuring and communicating results against committed DEI actions.

You will:

  • Continue to build and execute on DEI Strategy: Utilize DEI data to define a DEI strategy that enhances equity, diversity, and inclusion, including the development of global policies and processes, ensuring that DEI is embedded in our programs, practices and ways of working to include talent management, talent acquisition, on-boarding and other programs that support an inclusive and engaged workforce.
  • Build DEI awareness, to influence, and engage leaders that inspire and gain their commitment to drive DEI initiatives: Conceptualize, define, assess, nurture, and cultivate DEI strategic business practices and processes that anticipates future trends and creates competitive strategies.
  • Create and implement DEI programs aligned to Quadient’s DEI strategy: Diagnose challenging and complex DEI situations and implement innovative initiatives to foster a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for Quadient employees.
  • Build awareness, understanding and knowledge of DEI programs: Through education, business consultation, strategic partnerships and coalitions, diverse talent pipelines and leadership development.
  • Educate, promote, and support employees and leaders: To integrate and embed DEI principles and practices into policies, guidelines, and reports. Build best practices through external networking, strategic partnerships and coalitions.
  • Establish alignment and partnership with the regional Talent & Diversity Partners and HR Business Partners: Support the building of strategic regional and business line solution DEI plans drawing upon business data, engagement surveys and employee feedback and equip leadership teams with the tools to drive DEI practices, build diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers: Collaborate and support the building of Quadient’s brand and ability to attract diverse talent. Communicate the progress and achievement to target of DEI goals on our career and company websites.
  • Lead the partnership with our Quadient Empowered Communities (ERGs): Provide support to help communicate and achieve their missions and design, and implement initiatives aligned to the DEI calendar of events and our Philanthropy priorities.
  • Take the lead on other Talent & Diversity projects as required which are aligned to and support our DEI strategy such as but not limited to employee engagement, recognition and Work from Anywhere initiatives and programs.


About You:

  • You possess 5 - 7 years of business international experience; preferably at a global level, of which 5+ years’ experience in designing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategy and implementing successful DEI programs and solutions at scale, within a global organization, across multiple locations and with measurable DEI outcomes.
  • You have a strong understanding of industry benchmarks, frameworks, leading practices, and innovations in DEI.
  • You combine excellent judgment and ability to set priorities, to make decisions, and move programs forward in a complex and dynamic environment; you have experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion.
  • You’ve proven success in guiding leadership and influencing partners throughout an organization and demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills -effective listening, probing, assessment skills, and ability to collaborate/motivate ERG members, volunteers and allies. You have experience working with stakeholders and senior leaders across all levels around the globe
  • You have demonstrable professional experience managing complex issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion as they relate to individual experiences and the workplace and you can bring innovative, leading-edge ideas and experiences to accelerate our work forward
  • You have established experience in managing projects to completion in a matrixed environment, you’re comfortable with ambiguity and able to deliver results with informal authority as well as direct management relationships, and you think strategically as well as operationally.
  • You are a self-starter with a hands-on-approach to tackling tasks and delivering outcomes.
