Director of Network Delivery

This is an incredibly exciting time to join our dynamic, growing organisation. We are seeking an exceptional Director of Network Delivery to lead the charge in delivering a £10m portfolio of national programmes, large scale network development conferences, grant distribution and sector-facing initiatives.
This new role is a critical member of UK Youth’s Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and at the forefront of driving positive change for young people across the UK. The ideal candidate is an experienced, confident senior leader, able to work at pace to drive positive change and transformation for millions of young people.
We are looking for a highly effective and inspiring leader who brings:
- Proven senior leadership experience and passion for leading and enabling teams to thrive and develop.
- A track record of successfully developing and delivering large-scale national programmes.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience of developing and managing £multi-million budgets
- A bold commitment to achieving lasting, positive change for young people.
