This role employs data-driven insights to deliver on lead generation for defined clients. Must be a self-motivated team player willing to not only work top-down, but also bottom-up in an environment that will require managing timelines of multiple projects and priorities in short order.
And you’ll bring the juice, too. To our team and our clients. You’ll continuously bring new ideas and market leading examples to creative and media placements. You’ll scope out and identify new channels, platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance.

Role:
- Lead investment across digital and non-digital channels. Allocate and modify budgets to scale spend on an as appropriate basis.
- Drive campaigns from planning to implementation in furtherance of delivery against client-defined performance metrics.
- Oversee campaign execution, management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of key acquisition metrics.
- Measure everything the agency produces to create iterative testing plans along a defined roadmap to advance goals.
Requirements
- Preference given to:
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against acquisition marketing frameworks (CPA, CPL, % against CAC, etc.)
- Previous agency experience. In absence of agency experience, brand-side experience leading investment decisions across digital channels.
- Proven competency in managing members of an internal team.
