Are you an experienced Procurement leader looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a key Director level role with a Europe remit, to set the direction forward around how we bring commercial excellence, world class agency capabilities, and forensic insight into our marketing supply chain to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our investment.


This exciting role sits within the global marketing procurement team, partnering closely with Europe leadership and cross functional teams within Marketing, Marketing Capabilities, and Finance, and has a significant remit to drive connected opportunities and value generation in Europe and across our business globally. This requires excellent knowledge, relationships, negotiations, contract management and ability to drive incremental value and extended ROI from all deals. You’ll be part of a cross functional team building TCCC expertise and best practices in the new networked organization, whilst upholding the highest standards and ensuring business continuity.

  • Commercial excellence: lead the commercial strategy and set the standard in Europe bringing advanced strategies that focus on making our marketing investment as efficient, effective as possible.
  • World-class innovation: A strong problem solver and business thinker who can bring to bear multiple strategies and approaches to manage complex issues. Solutions are novel and unique and draw upon best practices and expertise.
  • Everyday efficiency: Ensuring the right internal and external teams and processes are in place, as well as identifying any gaps. Responsible for creating and/or improving upon existing processes simplifying, standardizing, and scaling ways of working and best practice.
  • New Opportunities: Acting as a holistic expert, focusing your time where you can make the biggest impact and spotting new opportunities to drive business growth. You will represent the function of marketing procurement internally and externally to support a progressive, modern, and dynamic approach to business.

Organizational Impact:

  • This role does not have any direct reports, but the candidate will influence in development and performance of talents supporting Europe with strong subject matter expertise & procurement capabilities and needs to be able to influence day to day work management.
  • Remit is Europe, responsible for delivery of commercial strategies, business plans, process, policies & results.
  • They will be the key point of contact for Marketing and Finance leadership teams.

Travel: Estimated minimal global travel annually

  • Significant Experience in a senior procurement role with strong market experience or relevant related field.
  • Knowledge of technical aspects of marketing is highly preferred. Typically requires a University Degree (Master or MBA ideally) or equivalent experience.
  • Recognized thought leader mastering professional discipline.
  • Leading & influencing teams in a matrix organization, strong influencing & communication skills, working across multi projects, highly organized and strong negotiator.
