Job Posting: Marketing Director

We're currently seeking an experienced, passionate and engaged Marketing Director to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns for two unique audiences: our app users (players) and our app customers (retailers).
- Work closely with our field and inside sales organization, as well as our Director of Customer Support, to ensure a consistent stream of incoming app users.
- Harness the power of social media to drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the ad tech or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and platforms.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting and exceeding project deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, positive and open-minded, with a passion for community creation and reinvestment.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.

Compensation: This position offers a salary of $150-250K all in, including incentives based on achievement of clear milestones.
