IT Director
Remote – US and Canada only

As we continue to grow and innovate, we're looking for an experienced IT Director to lead our Enterprise Operations team. You will be overseeing the support of our global team of artists, designers, engineers, marketing, and operations personnel, ensuring their systems are running efficiently, securely, and in alignment with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives and technological advancements.
- Oversee the IT Helpdesk Manager in managing IT operations including system administration, helpdesk support, and IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
- Manage and report on allocation of IT budget.
- Conduct regular system audits.
- Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
- Ensure the company's data remains secure by keeping up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and findings and implementing preventative measures.
- Interact with different departments of the company to discover and address technological problems and needs.
- Guide the IT team and the organization in IT-related matters and decision-making.
Must haves:
- 7+ years of IT management experience, with a focus on strategy and team leadership.
- Comprehensive understanding of MacOS and Windows desktop operating systems, support and maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency with Terraform, AWS, Active Directory, Azure, and Okta.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management.
- Proven ability to manage a high-performing and collaborative IT team.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex IT concepts into understandable and actionable plans for all levels of staff.
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Experience with Perforce, Xcode, iOS and Android.
- Industry certifications including CISSP, ITIL, PMP, etc.
