Reporting to the Senior Director of International Healthcare Product Management, the Director will help lead product strategy for International Healthcare during an exciting period of aggressive growth and integration with Microsoft. This role is integral to the building, management, and scaling of our international healthcare business: we have exciting times ahead!

What You Can Expect as a Director, International Healthcare Product Management
- Help define, drive and execute the vision, strategy and roadmaps for Nuance’s International product strategy
- Continuously improve our product processes to deliver measurable value for our customers and stakeholders
- Partner with global product and engineering leaders across the business to prioritize the international roadmap and its delivery on/ahead of time and on/below budget
- Evaluate market opportunities, product fit and use this to create outstanding business cases
- Align with our sales and marketing teams on country go-to-markets, messaging, competitive analysis, and enablement
- Partner with sales, client success and delivery teams to uncover, align and prioritize their requirements.
- Engage with customers and the healthcare community for feedback and usage information to develop product insights; and
- Capture market competitive and trend data to inform product direction
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that Matter most for the Role
- Typically, 10-12 years professional and managerial experience.
- 5+ years experience operating at scale in a product leadership role. Experience with cloud products targeting the healthcare sector is strongly preferred
- An extensive knowledge of working with international healthcare systems, with deep expertise in at least one major market
- Best-in-class oral and written communication skills, with the experience and ability to synthesize technical information into product communications for a range of audiences
- A strategic thinker with a background in consulting, with proven success in identifying what is crucial and what is not, and so delivering complex, multi-product strategies and go-to-market plans
- Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment, motivating and leading teams across multiple departments to drive high-level strategy and execute on a plan
- An ambitious self-starter who takes ownership, and makes decisions across the broader organization to drive and deliver business outcomes
- At ease in a rapidly changing and growing organization, where requirements evolve and may be ambiguous. For this reason, experience in a start-up or scale-up is preferred
- An ability to travel with significant experience working with globally distributed teams and client/user base
- Upbeat, resilient, and passionate about improving healthcare
