Job description
- Develop and implement the company's human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs to develop and implement talent management strategies that support the company's objectives
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for all employees, including identifying and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives that create a positive work culture and promote employee retention
- Develop and implement performance management processes that align with the company's performance goals and support a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigating complaints and grievances and working with business leaders to develop appropriate solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Lead and manage the human resources team, including setting goals and priorities, providing coaching and feedback, and developing team members' skills and capabilities
- Develop and deliver employee training programs that support the company's talent development and succession planning efforts
- Provide strategic guidance and counsel to business leaders on human resources issues, including organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Ten or more years of experience in human resources management, with at least five years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, FMLA, FLSA, and OSHA
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strategic planning skills

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective human resources strategies and programs that support business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of human resources professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
